Hi there!  Let me introduce myself...

I am Loraine Mazzolini and I am a 
Certified Health Coach but even more importantly, I am a  petite woman (5'2" to be exact) who knows exactly how you feel, how your body works and I also know how to help you!

My friends and clients call me

"Lo" or "Coach Lo"

In 2016, I become a Certified Health Coach through the largest nutrition school in the country.   

 

I am passionate about helping women (especially Petite woman) become their strongest, most confident and sexiest through good food, exercise and a positive mindset.

My 1:1 Coaching sessions are done online through web conferencing and all you need is a smart phone.

Self paced - content delivered online through weekly modules

This program will be delivered to you weekly over a 12 week period giving you complete control over your journey while being supported with information, and education you need to become an Elite Petite.  You will also be offered additional support through 1:1 coaching with me online.
